General Rules and Regulations


Welcome to all the aspirants who have opted "Ramesh Sewa Sadan" as a hostel. Hostel life leads the student to be an independent, discipline and expand their horizon of academic performance, only on the condition that they should comply with the rules and regulations faithfully.

Thanks for trusting us. We will try our best to provide homely and positive environment which help you to accomplish your dream. Here are the pertinent information about rules and regulations. Non following or violation of which can result in suspension.

The visiting hours of the hostel is from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Student will be held responsible for any kind of loss or damage to the hostel.

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.

The In and Out time of hostel is 7:30 PM and 6:00 AM respectively which should be properly punched or entered in and In and Out register duly. Negligence against it can result to severe fine or suspension.

The Student has to carry hostel identity card provided by the hostel with them and produce the same as on demand.

Only mother and real sister is allowed to enter the hostel room for a period of not exceeding one hour at a time .Parents & blood relation can meet them in visitor rooms.

Prior written permission and a message from registered mobile no. either of one parents is required for student’s night out which has to be followed also on returning back . The student has to duly fulfill the night out form.

Written declaration by parents and coaching institute is required for late permission of classes which can be extended only till 9:15 PM.

Students should behave well with the staff. Any misbehavior or slang language will be strictly punished. Bribing hostel staff or engaging them in personal service is strictly an offence.

Only Authorized male visitors are allowed in the campus.

Residents are not supposed to be dropped or picked by any of their male friends.

Fine will be charged on the loss of keys provided to the students.

Intoxication of any kind is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate suspension.

Every student is supposed to attend the daily evening prayer session held at hostel temple.

Student has to park their vehicle in a synchronized and disciplined way.
16

The Student should maintain the decorum of the hostel by dressing up in an appropriate manner, especially in common place.
